In this role, you will
- Be the main source of help for customer’s navigating their way through our product as they seek financial well being.
- Be in the frontline and provide outstanding customer service in an empathic and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding Qapital via email, live chat and phone.
- Develop and maintain Qapital FAQs and training materials.
- Handle customer’s requests via Qapital’s backend systems.
Skills and Requirements
- We are looking for someone who takes pride in helping people, is excited to solve complex issues, but also comfortable with many simple one of service interactions.
- You are articulate, a quick learner and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- You are a problem solver and have the ability to de-escalate stressful situations.
- Experience in customer service roles in B2C startups.
- Experience using ZenDesk is a plus.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
