Qapital is growing and we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team! Qapital is based in Stockholm and New York and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is excited to be in the front line of growing our U.S. -Qrew!

In this role, you will

• Own the full recruitment life cycle from entry-level to leadership-level roles, with a focus on growing our team in the US. 
• Lead salary benchmarking efforts and negotiations.
• Execute an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world class team.
• Work in a cross-border team and collaborate with your teammates in Stockholm.
• Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Source passive candidates via networking, direct sourcing and outreach and manage the interview process.
• Constantly strive to evaluate and improve the recruiting process.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs and talent management and other HR systems.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Work with the Director, People to onboard new employees and to deliver support to employee inquiries.

Skills and requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to prioritize and be a creative problem solver.
• Experience recruiting different types of roles (IT and Tech is a MUST) and maintaining multiple funnel processes at the same time.
• Experience sourcing candidates utilising different methods and sourcing technologies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven work experience in a broad HR role. 
• Exceptional organization skills with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and juggle multiple open requisitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage expectations of candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently.
